Congenital Anomalies of the Female Genital Tract: From Embryology to Clinical Management

October 27, 2026

A day dedicated to education, scientific discussion, and knowledge sharing, focusing on congenital anomalies of the female genital tract, from the simplest forms to the most anatomically complex conditions.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to explore embryological development, diagnostic criteria, and clinical management strategies for uterine malformations, with particular emphasis on the role of three-dimensional imaging.

A highlight of the event was the Live 3D Ultrasound Scanning sessions, which offered an opportunity to explore the assessment of uterine anatomy and the identification of different congenital anomalies through three-dimensional ultrasonography.

The exchange of knowledge and clinical experience among specialists reinforced a fundamental principle: an accurate diagnosis is the essential first step towards selecting the most appropriate clinical and therapeutic approach, avoiding unnecessary treatments and identifying the best intervention options when indicated.

Sincere thanks to all the speakers and participants for their valuable scientific contributions and the quality of the discussions.

Because the right treatment starts with the right diagnosis!
