The "STITCH UP" laparoscopic suturing course is an intensive three-days practical course set up, according to the standards of the European Academy of Gynecological Surgery, to give to participants the opportunity to learn and practice the basic techniques of laparoscopic suturing.
Practical training, using the pelvic trainers to simulate different possible scenarios involving pelvic-endoscopic procedures, will be the heart of this course along with theoretical lessons taught by expert tutors.
Participants will be trained using tested and certified practical exercises aimed specifically at the rapid assessment of basic laparoscopic and suturing techniques in accordance with the format of the European Academy of Gynecological Surgery.
The constant supervision of experts and certified tutors will guarantee the quality of learning, thus enhancing the final results. The verification of laparoscopic skills, learned during the course, will be verified by validated competitions and timed tests.
